Pre-sale tickets for the rodeo performances July 20, 21, 22, and 23 will be available starting June 18, 2011 at 9:00 am at our office for $8.00 each.
NO tickets will be reserved or held without payment in full. Tickets are only "held" by being purchased. No exceptions!
Phone orders will be taken beginning Tuesday, June 23rd during regular office hours. No orders or lists will be compiled for callback. Tickets can be purchased over the phone with Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Bank authorization must be received prior to tickets being issued.
A $2 per transaction handling fee will be charged for each credit card purchase made over the phone. Ticket outlets (i.e. Hill AFB Tickets + Tours) may charge Ogden Pioneer Days a nominal ticket-handling fee on each ticket sold.
ALL TICKET PURCHASES ARE FINAL. No refunds or exchanges will be authorized. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather, acts of nature, or ticket holder's inability to attend the event.
General admission tickets will be pre-pulled in advance of the rodeo for off-site ticket sales, media, promotions, and volunteers. Reserved seat tickets will be pre-pulled in advance of the rodeo for compliance with sponsorship packages, designated VIP seating, and committee seating.
*All pre-pulled tickets require authorization by Ogden Pioneer Days Chairman. Sponsor seating will also be reviewed by the Sponsorship DIrector.
The scalping or resale of tickets to any Ogden Pioneer Days event and activities is strictly prohibited.
The Committee Director for whom the volunteer will be working must request tickets/wristbands in writing and must include the individual's name and the date and area where they will be volunteering. All volunteers will be required to check in at a central location prior to starting their assigned work. Volunteers who are not pre-registered will not be admitted.
Complimentary tickets issued for Tough Enough to Wear Pink, National Day of the American Cowboy, national anthem singers, etc. will be reviewed by the Chairman. Requests need to be submitted in writing to the Chairman. Include reason, date, and number of tickets requested.
Based on availability, all members of the "working" Pioneer Days Committee will be allotted four reserved (West end) seats and 4 general admission seats for each night of the rodeo. No additional tickets will be issued. No exceptions. All tickets that will not be used should be returned to the Pioneer Days office one week prior to expiration date. Any additional tickets will be on a first come basis at the office or by phone and require payment in full.
Designated areas for wheelchairs are located on the East end of the North side of Pioneer Stadium and are available on a first come basis. Users of wheelchairs may have one additional individual accompany them in the designated handicap area. No exceptions. Patrons in reserved seating areas will not be allowed to sit in aisles, stand in walkways, or obstruct the view of any other spectator.
A ticket is required for each individual to gain access to the hospitality cabin. No exceptions. A designated usher will take all tickets for accounting purposes. Ogden Pioneer Days Committee members will be issued 4 tickets per night to the hospitality cabin.
The West box office at Pioneer Stadium, 668 17th Street, will be open for "WILL CALL" and walk-up patrons at 5:30 p.m. each night of the rodeo.
